“What does Home of Packaging actually do?”

That's what the interested residents of Erftstadt asked themselves when we opened our doors to them yesterday. Together with the Erftstadt Adult Education Center, we gave them an insight into the world of tbs-pack GmbH, alpha-pack GmbH, and alpha-automatic GmbH, which we have brought together under one roof.

Our visitors were impressed by our large portfolio of packaging materials and packaging machines and gained a deep insight into our packaging world during the tour of our premises. We shared interesting details about the constantly evolving packaging industry and brought our company philosophy to life. Visitors were clearly impressed by our in-house gym, weekly fruit basket, office dog policy, and many other employee benefits.

The 2,870 m² technical center with showroom and warehouse attracted particular interest. Here, our guests were able to examine various packaging machines and watch our cobot palletizer “Herby” hard at work.

One visitor was particularly impressed: “I had no idea that we even package products here in Erftstadt that you can find on supermarket shelves or at hardware stores in the region!”
