Internal Sales Representative (m/f/d) in Erftstadt

Your responsibilities in internal sales:

• Actively acquiring new customers and providing customer support by telephone to convince potential customers of the benefits of our packaging films, build long-term business relationships, and increase sales.
• Preparing individual quotes and negotiating contracts
• Maintaining and updating the customer database

What you bring to the table:

• Enjoy talking on the phone and have a hands-on mentality
• Experience in telephone sales or a similar sales position is an advantage but not a must
• Excellent communication skills and persuasiveness on the phone
• High level of customer focus and ability to identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions
• Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Basic knowledge of the packaging industry is desirable but not essential
